our story
Built on Experience. Driven by Vision.
Our Founder and CEO
B.Gen (Ret.) Nikolaos Kimoliatis (MSc, PGD, PGC, SRMP) is the visionary behind our organization. With a distinguished 35-year
career in the Hellenic Air Force, he served both as an aerial firefighter and later as a senior security officer. His mission:
to deliver the highest standards of security and crisis management to organizations and communities, especially those operating
in high-risk environments.
Nikolaos is a recognized expert in international security, civil protection, and emergency planning. He holds specialized expertise
in satellite image analysis for natural and man-made disasters, search and rescue operations, as well as security and defense
applications. His professional experience includes service with NATO, UNESCO and the European Union, where he held roles as a
security and crisis officer.
In addition to his operational achievements, Nikolaos contributes to academic and professional development as a professor at the
School of Civil Protection and Emergency Planning in Greece.
Driven by a shared vision, a team of strategic partners soon joined him, bringing complementary expertise that led to the formation
of three key operational pillars: Disaster Management, Business Continuity and Coaching, and Risk Management.
In December 2023, DCRIS launched its operations and established offices in Athens Greece
